MomAboard Custom Family Travel Itineraries

We’re very happy to be partnering with MomAboard, a company that provides wonderful (and well-priced!) customized travel itineraries for busy parents.

A handy new partner

logo-momaboardMomAboard does the legwork of planning your family’s time at a destination, which means you spend far less time planning and still get to have a fantastic vacation. When you check out its services be sure to tell Kaamna that FamiliesGo! sent you.

How it works

You let MomAboard know where you want to go and for how long, provide details on your kids’ ages, your interests, requirements and special requests. Then a Mombassador—a mom who  knows your destination intimately—will provide a full itinerary or a list of of things to do, places to see and kid friendly places to eat.  They’ll suggest places to stay, too, if you need it.

The itineraries include plenty of child-friendly tips that only local moms would know: Is there a playground nearby, where can I change a diaper, what can teens do on their own, how do we avoid the crowds? What isn’t worth your time?

FamiliesGo!

Eileen, native New Yorker  the founder at FamiliesGo!, is the Mombassador for New York City. So if you’re heading to the Big Apple, head over to the MomAboard sign-up page and you’ll get Eileen’s personal recommendations for what to do in New York City with kids of all ages.

Help for Expats, too!

Several of the Mombassadors are expats themselves. They know how hard it is to settle in to a new place, where you might become a short or long-term resident and are a bit of a tourist for a little while as well. They know how important and valuable those little inside tips from local moms can be. So the MomAboard Plan My Move reports can tell you things like where to find out about local schools,  where the best playgrounds and grocery stores are,  where to meet other moms who share your interests, or just where to get the best coffee.

Wow! This sounds amazing! It sounds like it takes the leg work out of doing all of the planning! I love that it also plans kid friendly places to eat! A must in our household!
